In accordance with TAHA's recent Financial Disclosure Policy (for all travel associations within the affiliate), and in an effort to improve communication and transparency so that prospective Jr. Brahmas players and their families are provided with as much information as possible prior to making travel hockey commitments, the following 2018-2019 Program Information for Texas Brahmas Youth Hockey Association and its' Jr. Brahma Teams can be found below.
Per policy, 2018-2019 Program Information Includes:
(1) The amount required to be paid to the organization by a player making the team, payment options available and any additional fees or discounts related to each payment option.
(2) Disclosure of any additional amounts that will be owed to the organization, the team or a third-party by a player making the team, including, but not limited to, such items as jerseys, apparel, team fees, coach travel costs, off-ice training and any other items.
(3) The amount of ice practices to be received by the team for the season.
(4) Details regarding the off-ice training programming for the team, including the provider of the training and the frequency and length of the off-ice training.
(5) The estimated number of games the team will play.
(6) The approximate number of out-of-town trips the team will make during the season.
The amount to be paid to the club for making the team, which generally may cover the cost of such items as team ice costs, coach salaries, league fees, official costs, and off-ice training costs. Additional items include Game/Practice Jerseys and Socks, Helmet Sticker, Wind Suit, Off Ice T-Shirt and Shorts.
The amount to be paid to the club or its vendor to purchase all required uniform and spiritwear items. For example, but not limited to gloves, hockey bags, fan apparel, and any other item required to be purchased through the club or its designated vendor.
The estimated amount to be paid in team fees, which are amounts paid to the club or to the team to cover any items not covered by the club fee or any other section of this form, including, but not limited to, coach or team official travel, tournament fees, officials’ costs (if not included in the club fee) locker room fees (if not included in the club fee), additional ice purchases, and team parties or functions.
Any amount required by the club, the team or a third-party for any additional ice, on-ice instruction, or off-ice training.
If not included in the club fee, any amount a family is required to pay to the club to cover player’s travel costs.

TEXAS BRAHMAS YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (TBYHA) PROVIDES THREE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR PLAYER REGISTRATION FEES:
OPTION 1 - Full Payment upon Contract Offer Acceptance
Option 1 requires full payment of the player registration fees at Contract Offer acceptance. Payment can be in the form of Credit Card, Check or Cash.
OPTION 2 - Partial - Two (2) Payment Plan
Option 2 requires a $1,000 deposit upon Contract Offer acceptance. The remaining payments under Option 2 are due August 1st, 2018*.

OPTION 3 - Partial - Four (4) Payment Plan
Option 3 requires a $1,000 deposit upon Contract Offer acceptance. The remaining payments under Option 3 are due August 1, 2018*, September 1, 2018*, October 1, 2018* and November 1, 2018*.

♦ FOR ALL THREE OPTIONS, THE FIRST $1,000 OF THE PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE IS DEEMED TO BE THE REGISTRATION DEPOSIT FEE FOR PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT OFFER.
♦ AN EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT OF $100 IS AVAILABLE IF THE ENTIRE PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE IS SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ACCEPTANCE AND ELECTRONIC SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT OFFER (OPTION 1).
♦ ONLINE PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, ATM/CHECK CARD OR ACH/CHECKING ACCOUNT DRAFT ARE ALL ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT AND PREFERRED FOR CONTRACT SIGNING.
♦ ALL 2018-2019 SEASON ASSOCIATION REGISTRATION AND TEAM RELATED FEES MUST BE PAID-IN-FULL BY NOVEMBER 1, 2018.
♦ IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED TO DISCUSS ADDITIONAL ARRANGEMENTS IN THE FORM OF A PAYMENT ADDENDUM, PLEASE SEE OR DISCUSS WITH THE TBYHA CONTROLLER. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXTEND BEYOND NOVEMBER 1ST OF THE CURRENT SEASON.
