Cliff Cook has 30+ years of playing, coaching and officiating experience that began right here in the Metroplex in 1979. He was an original member of the DJHA Blackhawks and was once a mascot for the Dallas Blackhawks of the Central Hockey League back in 1979-80.
In 1997 he signed with the Oklahoma City Blazers of the Central Hockey League but his career was cut short by injury. Since that time Cliff has dedicated his life to teaching and coaching the game that gave him so much.
He’s coached at the high school and youth hockey levels and has many years experience as an instructor, including with the world-renowned power skating instructor Laura Stamm. Currently Cliff is a member of the Denton County Spartans coaching staff in the Metroplex High School Hockey League. He is currently a Level 3 USA Hockey Certified Coach and will complete his Level 4 Certification prior to the start of the 2010-2011 season.
Cliff owns and operates Cliff Cook Photography (Sports, Portraits, Real Estate, Events and more) and is the Marketing/Photography Director for Small Guy Music, LLC. and JC Creative Group.
