Our Mite team will be led by Junior Brahmas Coach Scott Branum. Coach Branum has hockey in his blood. His father was the GM of the Fort Worth Fire and was also involved with the Fort Worth Wings and Texans organizations. Coach Branum played his youth hockey here in the Dallas area and played professionally in both the RHI and the CHL. He is an active player in adult-league hockey and is also currently a coach and captain for the adult league.
Coach Branum has a passion for the game that he is eager to share with our Mite team. He has coached Mites for the last two seasons at NYTEX Sports Centre with former NHL player Al Secord. Coach Branum is looking forward to skill development and fun with our Mites this season!
